We are looking for high-energy, self-starters Customer Care Staff to join our dynamic support team!

dotPH offers you a chance to kickstart your career in fields related to IT and customer service! As a member of our customer care staff, you will learn the basics of managing domains and web hosting accounts (mail forwarding, domain forwarding, MX records, DNS records, mail systems, web servers, FTP, Google Apps, etc.), as well as develop skills that you can use in IT and customer service jobs like basic troubleshooting, maintaining customer satisfaction and multitasking.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can multitask without sacrificing the integrity of work
  • Willing to learn new skills and flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Graduate of IT related course is preferable but not required
  • Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
